Abstract

At the end of Wangmang,Heroes rose in all directions.Influenced by the great tidal wave,the Tian Shui person-Wei Xiao seized the opportunity to start revolt. He took up entire Quanzhou and Longyou,which had deep impact on the loyal politics of the time.Anyhow,he came to a failure,after all.
