Abstract

During Qin and Han Dynasties,the Chinese traditional agricultural technique system grown up firstly based on dry farming conditions of northern China,then the characters of early traditional agricultural technique system exhibited obvious regional characters inevitable.From Han Dynasty to Tang Dynasty,with the regional development of all previous central governments,early traditional agricultural techniques were brought into regions south of the Yangtze River,and basing on these,the new technique system which were suitable to the condition of rice farming was forming gradually,and then push the economics and society of regions south of the Yangtze River forward to higher stage.Obviously,it was a long-term process,and at the same time,during this process there existed a special development,Indigenization process.Until the middle period of Tang Dynasty,the processes of localization was completed approximately,and then brought about real economic prosperity of regions south of the Yangtze River finally.
