Abstract
The research on Mengzi in the Ming Dynasty can be described as series,textual research,notes,complement,correction,identification and proof reading. Textual research covers a wide range,from the birth date and death date of Mencius to the places that he traveled to follow his teachers,from the thinking of the author of Mengzi to sentences and chapter,from its values in records and explanations of things and glossary to ancient laws and regulations. All previous questions had been involved in the research of Ming Dynasty. The research focused and concentrated on the achievements:the date of birth and death of Mencius,teachers of Mencius,the traveling experience of Mencius and the author of Mengzi.
