Abstract
The popularization and thoroughness of electronic or internet information have greatly changed the content and method of college library and information service,and also initiated the new features,problems and trends in college library service.All the staff's ability of collecting,dealing with and following information need to be reinforced when it comes to the college library and information service in the new period.Meanwhile,we should strengthen the union of college libraries in order to establish the alliance of college libraries and give full play to the functions of college libraries.
