Abstract
With the special reference to young students, the paper discusses the ideological mechanism, the education mechanism and the mechanism of target evaluation in colleges and universities. By establishing practical and effective ideological operating system, with consideration of the features of both students and the times, we may well cultivate socialist construction successors who will have both ability and moral integrity.
