Abstract

The Scientific Concept of Development is an important guiding principle for China's economic and social development and a major strategic thought that should be upheld and applied in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.It has a great theoretical and practical significance in promoting the comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development of institutions of higher education.Therefore,the institutions of higher education must insist on being led with Scientific Concept of Development,make sure every task of building harmonious campus can be carried out and make great effort to build harmonious campus.
