The paper introduced the safety technology measures,construction methods,thick clay excavation issues and treatment for the mine auxiliary shaft freezing and sinking through swelling thick clay layer in Zhangshuanglou Mine.The paper provided the issues for freezing method passed through swelling thick clay layer: to improve the refrigeration capacity,to firmly freeze the ground in the shaft,to reduce the section height of operation,to reduce the exposed time,to check the salt water temperature,to keep a normal freezing,to improve the strength of the outer wall,to improve anti capacity,to analyze the information and rationally set the alternative.
