Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal space-occupying lesions. Methods Fifteen patients with renal space-occupying lesions confirmed by conventional ultrasound were examined by CEUS.The perfusion process of contrast media in lesions was analyzed, the malignant and benign lesions were differential diagnosed, then the results were compared with those of pathology. Results Nine cases of malignant renal lesions and 6 cases of benign renal lesions were diagnosed by CEUS,all cases were confirmed by pathology or CT.Conclusion CEUS has important clinical value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal space-occupying lesions.
