Issues exposed during mineral resources development management in China

Several issues encountered during mining development management guided by China's current law Mineral Resources Bill were summed up in the article,which include the conflict between land property and mineral resources property,no legal protection in mining right transfer,rack in systematic regulation for mining environment and its harness,shortages concerned about mineral resources tax,disorder in small mine exploitation,lack in restricted regulations to foreign investment in mining activities in our country and strategetic mineral resources reserves system waiting to be established.It is considered to be vital important to complete current Mineral Resources Bill,put mining production relationship in good order,ban mineral resources waste and realize mineral resources protection combined with reasonable exploitation.
