Abstract

Objective To explore the application of YL-1 type disposable puncture needle of intracranial hematoma drainage in the treatment of acute traumatic intracranial hematoma curative effect. Methods 152 cases of acute traumatic intracranial hematoma from February 2003 to January 2012 after diagnosis by CT in 30min were drained with YL-1 type disposable intracranial hematoma smash puncture needle;therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results 141 cases were cured and improved, the percentage was 92.7%;11 cases were found died, the percentage was 7.3%;86 cases(56.6%) were drained for decompression satisfactorily and avoided craniotomy operation;66 cases were acquired for temporary decompression,to win time for craniotomy operation Conclusion The application of YL-1 type disposable intracranial hematoma smash needle early drainage in the treatment of acute traumatic intracranial hematoma with minimally has invasive, fast, safe, effective and other characteristics, can effectively reduce the intracranial pressure the craniotomy rate the rate of disability and mortality.
