Abstract
70 fruits samples from middle and southern Shanxi province were tested for 116 pesticides. The results were evaluated according to National safety standard Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food GB 2763-2014. The results showed that 14 kinds of pesticides detected from 70 samples which belonged to low to moderate toxicity grade. The most insecticide and microbicide detected were cypermethrin and carbendazim, the detection rates were 11.4% and 20%, respectively. The detection rates of pesticide in apple, pear, peach and jujube were 46.7%, 30%, 60% and 45% and the over standard rates were all zero. Fruit bag-cover could decrease level of pesticide residue in fruit. The quantity and kind of pesticide was the lowest in pear and the highest in peach.
