Abstract
The paper presents a design of phase-locked frequency synthesizer based on MC145162 which integrates PLL,controlled by ATmega16L single-chip.Principles and properties of PLL frequency synthesizer,internal function structures of MC145162,and hardware and software design are discussed.Tests show that the synthesizer is characterized by good phase-locking effects,simplified structure,and reliable performance.
