Abstract

Legitimacy is crucial for a party in power.After the founding the new China,the Communist Party of China has adjusted policies in time to strengthen its legitimacy in power.At first,the ruling legitimacy of the CPC concentrates on ideology.As the crisis of the legitimacy arose,the CPC transferred the legitimate base from ideology as its heart to economic achievement as its heart.At present,tie CPC is constructing a new ruling legitimacy concentrating on laws and human beings.
