On the bidding program of WTO government procurement agreement

WTO government procurement agreement is an agreement of annex 4 of agreement establishing the WTO.One party isn′t obliged to join the agreement,but our country would join the agreement.So,the agreement will affect our country′s government procurement system.This paper analyses the bidding program of WTO government procurement agreement.It will be use ful to perfect our country′s bidding system for reference approaches the proceeding of the project management body of knowledge, discusses the project management knowledge areas in terms of their component processes, and offers an analysis of the relation between the project management and other subject.
