Abstract

The prevalence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is increasing, and the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia become younger.Loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) has been applied extensively in CIN.However,it is difficult to resect completely, which will lead to residual or recurrence.Researches showed that residual/recurrence was associated with positive margins,HR-HPV infection, cervical canals glandular organ and age. It′s necessary to follow-up and treat timely after LEEP.
