Abstract
Teachers' justice is an inner requirement of oriented education, with its specific significance at the modern time. The teacher student relationship is established mainly on equality, appropriateness and openness. Teachers' justice has special values in education because it is the basic morality for teacher student relations and the healthy growth of students' life, the bridge for students to learn and to pursue social justice, the major protection for students to have hopes in our society, and the indispensable condition for students to accept education. Teachers' justice is determined by objective and subjective conditions. A teacher should be equipped with a variety of qualities, show his understanding toward his students and grasp basic skills in dealing with problems.
