Abstract
The metamaterial has been attracted great attention for its absorbing property.The theory of absorbing property of metamaterial is briefly introduced.The research progresses on simulations and experiments of metamaterial absorber polarization properties through metamaterial absorber structures in microwave,optical frequency and terahertz bands are reviewed in detail.This metamaterial absorber with absorbing properties possesses potential application in military and civilian.
