Abstract
Network multi-media courseware is the developing direction of courseware,it is an important field of modern educational technology research(studies).This paper,based on the basic characteristics of network multi-media courseware,described the way of design,developing environment,the main function,system structure,and several main techniques,finally,carried on the summary to the courseware design.
