The Han Chinese Emigration Outward and the Northeastern Nüzhen Immigration from Remote Areas to Inner China during Liao and Jin Dynasties

In Chinese history , all nationalities were moving mainly in two obvious tendencies : one was the Han's emigration from inlands toward territory ; the other was the minorities's immigration from remote areas to inner China . This essay focuses on a preliminary research on the moving process and its impact of Han in central China and Nuzhen in northeasten China in Liao and Jin Dynasties , as the two better represent the two moving tendencies . In Liao and Jin Dynasties , the moving of all nationalities in northern China gave an profound impact on the relations among all Chinese nationalities . It also changed their distribution unprecedentedly and greatly promoted their political , economical , and cultural exchanges and intergration , providing a solid foundation for the China's unification by Yuan Dynasty.
