Abstract
A reversed flow injection with inhibited chemiluminescence method for the determination of flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba was firstly discussed. It was found that the CL intensity of the ClO~-- Luminol system could be inhibited in the presence of flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba. The decrease of CL emission was correlated with flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba concentration in the range from 0.4 to 14 μg/mL, the detection limit was 0.06 μg/mL and the relative standard deviation was 1.2% (c=10.0 μg/mL, n=11), a sampling frequency of 120/h was attained. The method was applied to the determination of flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba with recoveries of 98%~104%.
