Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal tract reconstruction with ρ-type jejunal interposition in situ generation for total gastrectomy patients. Methods Sixty-four patients with gastriocardiac carcimoma were randomly divided into two groups,32 patients in the ρ-type group received ρ-type jejunal interposition in situ generation,32patients in the control group received standard Roux-en-Y anastomosis. Results There was no significant difference in the operative time and intraoperative blood loss between ρ-type group and control group( P 0. 05). Three months after operation, the emptying time of ρ-type group was significantly longer than that of control group, the single food intake was significantly higher than that of control group( P 0. 05). Three months after operation, the number of daily diet and incidence of postoperative complications of ρ-type group were significantly lower than the controls( P 0. 05).Conclusion ρ-type jejunal interposition in situ generation is safe and reliable, with low incidence of postoperative complications, which can effectively improve the total gastrectomy patients' quality of life.
