Analysis of the Dragon Pattern in the Costume Embroidery of Miao Nationality

Abstract

Based on the brief introduction of dragon totem and the evolvement of dragon form in Miao nation-ality,this paper analyzes the art characteristics and the cultural connotation of various dragon patterns in costume embroidery of Miao nationality.Finally,it also analyzes the simple and unsophisticated philosophical concept and aesthetic sense of Miao people.
