Abstract
Science and technology are the standard of measurement for political civilization.In the progress of civilization in political ideology,political system and political behaviour,science and technology play a vital role.Statesmen are the general planners for political civilization,the advocate of political conscious civilization,the builder of political system civilization and the initiator of political behavior civilization.In the decision-making process the statesmen are also influenced by the factors of scientific and technological development.Thus this article offers an analysis of the mechanism of influence of science and technology upon political civilization.
