The observation of mental state and the effect of intervention therapy in patients with coranary artery disease

Objective To observe the mental state and the effect of intervention therapy in patients with coranary artery disease(CAD).Methods A total of 176 patients with coranary artery disease were divided into 4 groups by the results of coronary arteriongraphy.Mental state of patients before and after intervention were analyzed by filling out self - rating depressive scale(SDS) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression(HRSD).Results When the degree of coronary stenosis was higher,the depression of the patients was more serious.The scores of SDS and HRSD were lower significantly (P 0.05) in patients of grade 3 and 4 than those before intervention(P 0.05).Conclusion Mental intervention had better effects on depression in patients with CAD,and facilitated the rehabilitation of the patients obviously.
