Correlation analysis of high densit y lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A1,low density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B

Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore the high-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A1,the correlation between the low-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B.Methods Randomly selected to undergo a medical examination in our hospital between January 2010 and May 2012 500 cases of subjects,their serum high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B were measured and grouped according to the different triglyceride(TG) levels,and analyzed the correlation between HDL-C and apoA1,LDL-C and apoB.Results TG levels less than 10.00 mmol/L,HDL-C and apoA1,LDL-C and apoB had a correlation,HDL-C and apoA1 LDL-C and apoB did not have a significant correlation in TG levels greater than 10.00 mmol/L.Conclusion Under certain conditions,HDL-C and apoA1,LDL-C and apoB is quite obvious correlation,clinical diagnosis and treatment evaluation of this will have an important significance,worthy of attention.
