Abstract
In this paper we analyze the infrared characteristics of target and background,and improve the IR radiation contrast calculation model further.Through field experiments,we collected a target and background temperature changes with time.By using the established infrared stealth efficiency standard,the average steel plate and phase change materials plate were evaluated,and the infrared stealth effectiveness evaluation method is verified to be feasible.
