Abstract
This paper analyzes the obstruction to technical innovation of our enterprises, and points out that the way of technical innovation of our country should start from three aspects to greet the arrival of knowledge economy era -- create external environment which is benefit to the technical innovation of enterprises, let the enterprises be the real main body for the technical innovation, build effective encouraging mechanism for technical innovation talent of enterprises.
