The Practice of and Considerations about the Water Price Reform of Guobi Water-supply Project in Jincheng City

The Guobi Water-supply Project in Jincheng City is in deficit for many years because of the lower water price. This paper introduces the existing problems and difficulties after the water price reform, and suggests that the local implementing methods should be issued to reduce the supply cost and promote the water price reform.
