The dicision of molar extraction in orthodontics treatment-application of high freqeence electirical sugrery unit in artifical ercuption of molar with impaction of low site

To investigate the advantage in using the dental electrosurgery unit in the operation of exposing impacted molars before orthodontic uprighting.30 impacted mandibular molars in 17 patients were surgically exposed following placement of an orthodontic appliance.One of two approaches was used: exposing the occlusal surface of the molar by the dental electrosurgery unit,or exposing the buccal surface of the molar by the traditional operation blade.By using the dental electrosurgery unit,the operation procedure is simpler,and it's more convenient to adhere orthodontic appliances and less prognosis symptom.It can be concluded that there's sufficient benefit to apply the dental electrosurgery unit in the operation of exposing impacted molars before orthodontic uprighting.
