Abstract

In this experiment, we studied the Hypoxanine on mouse oocyte maturation in order to well understand the mechnism of oocyte maturation and improve the oocyte maturation rate in vitro. The results are as follows: ①HX can inhibit mouse oocyte undrgoing sponnouse Germinal Vesicle Breakdown(GVBD); ②The inhibitor action on mouse oocyte maturation is reversible; ③During the period of GV inhibited by HX, the oocyte cytoplasmic is not matured. These results indicated that HX is an efficient inhibitor on mouse oocyte maturation.
