Abstract
The title core-shell structure of acrylate copolymer emulsion with fluorine in shell was prepared by semi continuous seed emulsion polymerization using SDS and OP-10 as emulsifier, methyl methacrylate(MMA),fluorinated monomer(Actyflon-Go4)and butyl acrylate(BA) as monomers. The effects of polymerization temperature and concentration initiator on the total conversion of the emulsion polymerization were investigated.TEM,FTIR and DSC were used to characterize the polymer particle size, the morphology and the structure of the emulsion.
