Abstract

The article starts withidea is the soul of universities,analyzes the idea of running a university which isacademic freedom,self determination,democratic managementand the idea of university which isthe combination of personality and scientific education from the perspective of historical development, and further brings forward the simultaneity of university idea-the idea of educational innovation.
