Philosophization on a new “The Law of Mineral Resources”

Abstract

Mineral resources determine the national strength and developmental potentiality. The sustainable utilization of mineral resources is a key problem for sustainable development strategy in China. This paper tries hard to show how to carry out mineral management by “the Law of Mineral Resources” through the promulgation, enforcement and modification of “the Law of Mineral Resources”. So, it has become a necessity for mineral resources managedment by law.
