Study on agricultural production efficiency in Henan province based on DEA model

Abstract

An evaluation index system of agricultural production efficiency was constructed.According to the DEA model,values of agricultural production efficiency in 18 cities of Henan province in 2008 were calculated.The result showed that 7 cities were efficiency in agricultural production and others were relatively inefficient.And some suggestions were put forward in order to improve agricultural production efficiency in Henan province.
