Abstract

Third party online payment is a credit agency. This payment reduces the risk of online payment. But,there are still some legal problems of this payment. This article talks about the legislative experience of third party online payment in European Union. This paper analyzes legal problems of this payment,and puts forward some suggestions and measures.
