Abstract

Objective To discuss the clinical value of high risk HPV test after LEEP in patients with CIN.Methods The high risk HPV test were performed by Hc2 before and after LEEP in 198 patients with CIN treated with LEEP to analysis the clinical value. Results Positive rate of HPV-DNA were significantly lower 6 months after LEEP than before(P 0.01),and they were significantly lower 18 months after LEEP than 6 months(P 0.01);there was no significantly difference in the residual and relapse rates between the patients with positive or negative HPV-DNA before LEEP(P 0.05),but the residual and relapse rates in the patients with positive HPV-DNA6 months after LEEP were significantly higher than patients with negative HPV-DNA(P 0.01).Conclusions High risk HPV test after LEEP has high clinical value in evaluation of treatment and clearance of HPV,and prediction of residual and recurrent in patients with CIN.
