Abstract

The network technology of broadband was the key technology of the information superhighway,and the basic conception of Internet broadband network and the current situation were discussed.The most popular broadband access technology, concept,characteristic,principle and implementation method of ADSL and Cable Modem in the current society were analysed also.Based on this kinds of broadband access technologies,its prospect were studied.Some reference function for solving the problem that the broadband access may appear were put forward.
