Research on Teachers' Role Orientation in Modern Distance Open Education

Abstract

Modern distance open education established on the platform of modern educational technology is a brand new personnel training mode which is different from traditional education. At present, teachers can't be fit for the training mode of modern distance open education completely for the effects of traditional education. According to the characteristics of the training mode of modern distance open education, opinions of teachers needing to reorientate their roles are proposed so that it can meet the need of times development and the whole level of modern distance open education can be constantly improved.
