New reliability index for measuring complicated power system's cascading failures and its application

Abstract

Studies the reliability index of complicated power system.Puts forward determinacy index,probability index and integrated index to reflect user's requirements in power system's cascading failures evaluation.These indexes take the effect degree of blackout on user as rule,offer the foundation for evaluating quantificationally cascading failures.
