Abstract
An anchored node failure based localization algorithm is proposed to help the nodes which can't locate themselves with the available beacon information. Unknow n nodes can't receive enough beacon information to locate themselves in the case of anchor node failure,so they broadcast the messages which notifies they can't locate themselves. When a located node receives these messages,it will broadcast its location information to help the senders which can't locate. Then the unknow n node picks up the node information with high degree of accuracy to locate itself. The simulation results show that this algorithm can effectively improve the localization coverage and relieve the influence of anchor node failure on the whole network localization accuracy.
