Abstract

The type and classification,researches on thermophysical properties as melting point,fusion heat, specific heat capacity,and the development of encapsulation and selection under different applicational conditions of paraffin phase change materials(PCMs) are introduced.The progress of researches and applications on solar energy storage,building envelope,heating,ventilating and air conditioning(HVAC) equipments and textiles are also recommend. The gap between domestic and foreign applications on the paraffin PCMs is given to gain attention.
