Abstract
This paper accord to the control lines of mean-range control charts based on the skewed population which is unknown results,spreading it to exponentially weighted moving average chart,give the control lines of exponentially weighted moving average chart based on the skewed population which is unknown.,then make a simulation to the effect of exponentially weighted moving average chart based on quality characteristic according to log-normal distribution.
