Abstract
The result of physical education outward bound training test and comparative experiments for 80 male university students showed that participation in physical education outward bound training will not only help enhance students' constitution,but also improve students' psychological health level.This study provides a reference and basis to meet university students' needs for sports cultural diversity and the need of diversification,the constant pursuit of new sports lifestyle.Meanwhile,it provides a reference and basis to enhance the quality of physical and mental development of students and give the development of new curriculum resources.
