Characteristics of Vocational Education in Germany

Abstract

German vocational education is unique in the world. Workers trained out of vocational education are also first-class. All this is closely related with German complete vocational educational system, active participation of businesses, nationwide concerns, levels of industrial development and people's opinions on employment. The characteristics of German vocational education offer a useful reference for China's developing vocational education.
