Abstract

The adsorption kinetics of aniline in wastewater by active Al2O3 was studied. The effect of adsorbent dosage, adsorbent time, temperature and solution pH on the aniline in wastewater by active Al2O3 were examined and the preparing conditions were optimized. From the adsorption kinetic data of aniline on active Al2O3,the Crank monopore model was used to fit the diffusion coefficients at 25℃ temperatures. The results proved that Crank monopore model could be used to describe the adsorption process of aniline on active Al2O3.
