Abstract

While explicit knowledge is only the top of iceberg,tacit knowledge constitutes themost parts of iceberg.Compared with explicit knowledge,tacit knowledge is more concrete and more abundant.The research on tacit knowledge will facilitate the corporation's development and build up the corporation's core competition.The article will review the literatures on tacit knowledge in knowledge classification,explanation of tacit knowledge,learning,innovation and transition of tacit knowledge,tacit knowledge in project team.
