Abstract
Roles of all kinds of mobile genetic elements(plasmids,transposons,integrons,phages,insertion sequence common regions,gene transfer agent and so on) in acquired resistance and spread are needed to be investigated.The review mainly elaborates that bacteria can acquire exogenous resistant genes from other bacteria by the means of horizontal gene transfer,and intergration genes on the genome to gain acquired resistance depend on mobile genetic elements.Thus,it helps to design and carry on actions to reduce the threat of bacterial infection.
