Abstract

At present, the situation of domestic energy conservation and environmental protection is severe. The long distance oil and gas pipeline is one of the most energy-consuming industries, it is very essential to improve the energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption of oil and gas pipeline and the production cost of pipeline system. In this article, energy-saving effect of new processes, equipments and energy-saving technologies for the oil and gas transmission pipeline was introduced. It's pointed out that development direction of the energy-saving technology for the oil and gas transmission pipeline is to use coagulation and drag reduction agent technology, to improve the efficiency of heating furnace heating, to employ the technology of oil transfer pump frequency conversion adjustment, to utilize the advanced gas transmission process, to conduct gas drag reduction technology, to build yard waste heat recovery system, and to develop new energy.
