Abstract

Family education was prosperous in Wei,Jin and the Southern and Northern Dynasties,which had several distinct characteristics.Family learning passed from one generation to another thrived.“Family Command-ments” and “Family Instructions”were very popular in society.Women participated actively in family education.These characteristics had good influences on cultural education in later times.
