Evaluation of Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer

Abstract

Objective To evaluate primarily SYSMEX XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer.Methods Mensurated the precision,linearity,relativity and Carryover in SYSMEX XE-2100 by the samples from healthy people and outpatients.Some of the result was compared with sysmex NE-1500 Hematology Analyzer's.Results Precision,accuracy,reproducibility and stability are outstanding.Linearity is wide and Carryover is low in SYSMEX XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer.Conclusion SYSMEX XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer is very suit for applying in outpatient department of clinical laboratory.
